At Learn.izuko.org, we want our users to be satisfied with the courses they purchase. If you are not satisfied with a course, you may be eligible for a refund.
We offer refunds for courses that meet the following criteria:
The course was cancelled by the instructor or by Learn.izuko.org.
The course is not as described on the course page.
The course is not functioning properly due to technical issues.
To request a refund, please contact us at discover@learn.izuko.org with the following information:
Your name and email address
The name of the course you are requesting a refund for
The reason for the refund request
We will review your request and respond to you within 5 business days. If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund within 5 business days.
Refunds will be issued in the same currency and payment method used to purchase the course. If the course was purchased using a credit or debit card, the refund amount will be credited back to the same card. If the course was purchased using a different payment method, we will issue the refund using that payment method.
We do not offer refunds for the following reasons:
You changed your mind about the course.
You did not receive the grade or outcome you were hoping for.
You did not complete the course.
You missed the refund deadline.
The course content did not meet your expectations, but the course was accurately described on the course page.
We reserve the right to modify this refund policy at any time without notice. Your continued use of Learn.izuko.org after the modifications constitute your acceptance of the updated refund policy.
